Amy Bell and Valentina Golfieri

Perlas a los Puercos is a miniature slice of the bizarre. Originally lasting only 1 minute, it is a succinct study of two characters bound by eerie stillnesses and oddly precise outbursts. Set to a darkly cinematic sound score by harpist Anne von Schothorst.

The piece was created for 60×60 Dance, a show of sixty one minute collaborations between dance makers and composers, presented by East London Dance and Vox Novus at the Stratford Circus, London 24 Jul 2010.

An extended version was performed at gDA Family Cabaret in April 2011.
